Two-year limited warranty

Every kitchen we refinish is covered for two years from the date of completion against peeling, lifting and delamination of the sprayed finish on properly prepared wood and MDF surfaces. If it fails, we fix it at no charge.

What is covered

• Peeling, lifting, flaking or delamination of the finish from the substrate on doors, drawer fronts, face frames, boxes and end panels we sprayed.
• Finish failure caused by our preparation, priming or application.
• Hinges and hardware we installed coming loose from our installation.

What is not covered

• Chips, scratches, dents or wear from normal use, impact, pets or abrasive cleaners.
• Damage from water, steam or heat, including swollen particleboard, dishwasher and range exposure, or leaks.
• Thermofoil, laminate or vinyl-wrapped doors, which we do not warrant and normally do not refinish.
• Surfaces we did not spray, repairs the customer declined at the estimate, and later work by others.
• Color variation over time from sunlight, or minor sheen differences between shop-sprayed doors and on-site-sprayed boxes.

How a claim works

Text a photo to (904) 490-7961 with your name and the job address. We will look at it within a few days, and if it is covered we will schedule the repair at no charge, usually by re-spraying the affected door or area.

Terms

• Coverage begins on the completion date on your invoice and runs 24 months.
• The warranty applies to the original customer at the original address and transfers to a new owner on request.
• The remedy is repair or re-finishing of the affected area. The warranty does not cover consequential costs.
• The balance on the invoice must be paid in full for coverage to apply.
